The rear saddle shaping was designed to deliver uniform support to those who require this type of size. Repente’s R&D has paid the utmost attention to avoid any impediment to the freedom of the hip joint in the descending phase of pedaling, in such a way as to create an advantage for the cyclist in terms of comfort and effectiveness in pushing.
The central anatomical channel, characteristic of the Prime saddles, has been made even wider.
The padding layer has been increased over the entire surface of the saddle, in consideration of the fact that the 142 mm width is mainly used by cyclists with an above average build. To ensure a more comfortable seat both on uneven ground and on long distances, the material usedwas EVA, known for its high properties of lightness and shock absorption.
The tip of Prime 3.0 – 142 has a thicker padding layer with a square-shaped cross section to provide the best support when moving forward along the saddle.
In the graphics of the saddle aesthetics are combined with functionality. The sides of the middle-front part feature a graphic pattern in glossy paint, which has the effect of reducing any inner thigh chafing.
