Like the Emporia GC3 Pro, the Emporia GC3 Performance features a 30mm deep carbon rim profile, coupled with HED’s now-signature 26mm internal gravel rim width. This produces a ‘sweet spot’ design: a wheel that is uniquely suited to a wide range of tire options, from 35mm to 55mm wide, and one that doesn’t sacrifice on aerodynamics or agility.

Additionally, the Emporia GC3 Performance features a hookless rim design, increasing the strength of the rim and improving impact resistance. So whether you decide to mix-it-up and roll some single track or if the unexpected happens, you can be confident that your rims will be up to the challenge.

Our team also understood that when you ride gravel, the unexpected is bound to happen. That’s why we took a hard look at the rim and tire bed, optimizing the surface for more seamless tubeless set up, creating a firm, reliable hold for tire beads.
